WORD

Microsoft Word is a word processing program used to write letters and produce professional looking documents. We practice using this program at all grade levels year round.
Some of the things we do is write poems, diamantes, business letters, biographies and reports as well as learn to cut, copy and paste, and use clipart and textboxes.


Here are some examples of things we do in the early grades.

We Learn to use clipart. Searching, inserting, deleting resizing, and clipart takes practice. We write many letters using clipart starting in first grade.


We Learn to use textboxes. Text boxes are great for labeling since they are so easy to position. We learn to use textboxes to show what we know.


We remember who takes care of us!
