Castlebay Elementary School is a public elementary school serving the Porter Ranch community.
You may visit the school office to complete the required enrollment forms on or after April 7, 2008. Office hours are: 8am - 3:30pm
Documents Needed for Enrollment
Birth Certificate (certified copy, not hospital certificate), Baptism Certificate or Passport
Immunizations (Including Tuberculosis MANTOUX test with results, HEPATITIS B, and CHICKEN POX Complete List
Verification of Address (Current gas bill, escrow papers, or lease agreement)
Letter Explaining New Dental Requirements
